I can't say enough good things about this Gerber location and the manager, Ace. I had my car repaired here in July 2024 after a hail storm caused $10k worth of damage. Gerber did a fantastic job and had my car back to me before the estimated completion date. Fast forward to now, I noticed some paint chips in the hood, and I took my car back to Ace. He and his team fixed the paint chips without question, and they did it within 48 hours. If you need collision or glass repair, I highly recommend this Gerber Collision location!
What’s disturbing, is that the updates went silent! I called up to the shop TWICE! A courtesy call goes a long way! Should have read the bad reviews before selecting here. We need to return the rental tomorrow, and I conveyed this to the receptionist. Reminding her they close in 30 minutes. When would my car be ready? The completion date, has been pushed out twice! Going to see if I can get transferred. All they care about is the money. If you had no customer’s, you wouldn’t have a business! 💡
The staff were friendly. I received regular updates. And the work was completed quickly. However the job was not completed properly. My car was backed into and required a new bumper, grill, etc. The new bumper was not properly installed and fitted. The paint does not match and has runs in it. Thankfully no panel paint blending was performed. I was disappointed when I went to pick up my one year old $40,000 sports car and saw it had worse hood and bumper alignment than when it was damaged.
