If I could give them 10 stars I would from the moment I walked into their establishment my experience was amazing from the handling of my claim to what would need to be done going forward when it came to the repairs .And also the communication was very good during the process . When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted with a smile and reassurance that the paint job was completed and it exceeded my expectations.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. From the start, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. Every time I called for an update on my car, I was met with attitude and unhelpful responses. That alone made the process stressful. But worse—after they replaced both of my car batteries, the very next day the car completely shut down while I was driving to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this Gerber location and the manager, Ace. I had my car repaired here in July 2024 after a hail storm caused $10k worth of damage. Gerber did a fantastic job and had my car back to me before the estimated completion date. Fast forward to now, I noticed some paint chips in the hood, and I took my car back to Ace. He and his team fixed the paint chips without question, and they did it within 48 hours. If you need collision or glass repair, I highly recommend this Gerber Collision location!
