find it a bit ridiculous that it is Impossible to get an estimate for a week. Instead I am lectured by your person answering the phone on what I need to do with the insurance.... First I was instructed by insurance to get a quote. while I wait on insurance I want to get this ball rolling as it is not major damage. I guess caliber wants gerbers business more than Gerber

Our vehicle went in back in February for a rear end collision. We got the vehicle back with the front blinker shorting and the battery is now bad. The vehicle was dusty inside and smelt like BO. They said the blinker isn't their problem but the battery and the blinker where not an issue when we brought the vehicle in that we got back at the end of March. They have sense looked at the vehicle but there have been no return call from them advising of what was done. I should not have the chase them down for issues they have caus... read more
Excellent ,excellent work very satisfied. My vehicle looks very great like new.better then when I dropped it off , Done on time very professional staff. Will recommend a friends and family, recommended by Yolanda Shockley who they also did a very excellent job on her vehicle as well 10:10 !!
