Once again the team at Gerber has delivered repair to our vehicle in a timely manner with a focus on quality. Amada was great enough to message me with an update along the way when they were waiting for a part to be delivered to complete the repair. The truck looks brand new. We really appreciate how clean it was when we got it back! Now if only we can keep it that clean.
find it a bit ridiculous that it is Impossible to get an estimate for a week. Instead I am lectured by your person answering the phone on what I need to do with the insurance.... First I was instructed by insurance to get a quote. while I wait on insurance I want to get this ball rolling as it is not major damage. I guess caliber wants gerbers business more than Gerber

Our vehicle went in back in February for a rear end collision. We got the vehicle back with the front blinker shorting and the battery is now bad. The vehicle was dusty inside and smelt like BO. They said the blinker isn't their problem but the battery and the blinker where not an issue when we brought the vehicle in that we got back at the end of March.
