Professional and polite.
Our vehicle went in back in February for a rear end collision. We got the vehicle back with the front blinker shorting and the battery is now bad. The vehicle was dusty inside and smelt like BO. They said the blinker isn't their problem but the battery and the blinker where not an issue when we brought the vehicle in that we got back at the end of March. Thanks to the Service Advisor Ms. April for assisting me with a minor accident (dent) that currently happened. I was being scheduled at the receptionist desk for next week. April was observant of my car issue; she wanted to check it out right away and after looking at it, she let me know it could be fixed immediately; I didn't have to wait. She made the process easy, and I appreciate her professionalism and great customer service. This company I trust to continue to use again in the future.
