Just signed for our new windows. Brad was extremely helpful and professional. So far we couldn't ask for a better experience. Will updated when windows are installed.
Tried to contact them through their website, and I Got No response. I gave them all of the info needed to get a price on some windows and a sliding door. I even sent a follow-up email about it, But got nothing in return
Good company. They stand behind their products. We have a special order 8 foot sliding window door from them and a 4 ft wide screen door from it that repeatedly gets damaged by over zealous dogs. Year after year they have replaced the damaged screens for us. Prompt, polite service at a fair price
I bought a custom door from Pace several years ago, it's still holding up strong and gets many compliments. Today, I use it to know what the name was of the color of paint they used. They responded very quickly, which allowed me to order my custom adirondack chairs without delay. Larry, my salesman, is a wonderful representative of pace window and door. I highly recommend them!
