Initially I was extremely impressed with the quality and installation of my windows. However, a second installation crew installed the windows on the rear of my home and that’s when the problems began. To say they left a mess would be an understatement! Wood chips, horrendous caulking job, torn screens and I even had cracked windows (2). Several screens needed to be replaced due to ripping however Luis refused to replace 3 of them after informing me its “normal” to have screens with ripples on them. I fixed it my self. These people quoted my 80 or old mother 1600 to replace a lifetime warranty window. 30in x 30in is the size. 250 at home depot. You guys have some serious overcharging issues shop at b&l. Way cheaper windows, way better quality.

We put a pace window in our attic years 25+ years ago. It was not installed by pace. 2 weeks ago cleaning the attic I learn the inside of the glass double pain window is broke. I have called pace 3 times and emailed them three times. The lady I spoke to first gave an incomplete email address, even though I read it back to her, she never gave the complete address. I called again and received the full/correct address. I emailed again. Why you can't be transfered to repairs is beyond me...but you have to email them? I received ... read more
