Pitiful company - embarrassing workmanship. Ordered a window in May 2024. 18 months and 7 visits later, my window still doesn't work properly. Every single person they've sent to my house is embarrassed by what the person before them did. Every single guy that's been to my house is dumbfounded by the guy before them. GM of the company is a joke. He couldn't care less. He doesn't return a call either. Don’t Buy. We ordered eight new windows about year ago, I have found 5 out of 8 windows leaks cold air, I can see light coming through the corners. After 4 service calls and three repair people stop here, the problem is not solved and I am not sure when it is going to get fixed. The photos below taken from one window, the other windows has similar issues.
Let me start by saying I HATE leaving bad reviews for someone, but hoping maybe this will grab someone's attention. About 5 years ago I had pace replace our sliding glass door. Instalation was fine and the sliding glass door looked great. That winter the door started leaking alot of water. Eventually I ended up calling to have them come out and look at it. We were in need of a replacement window for one of our bedroom windows and I wanted to upgrade our back deck slider door. I called Pace and was sent a salesman very shortly thereafter. Andy Gray was wonderful ! Personable, Knowledgeable and spent just the right amount of time with us …. Did not rush, did not linger. He explained everything to us in terms of the process, the timeline and cost to do both installations.
