Love the energy of Pace! Brooke is incredible. She’s a powerhouse and also radiates positivity. I don’t generally like bicycling but spin has changed it for me! The class goes by so fast because it’s made to feel like you’re apart of it rather than just participating. She leaves you feeling like you can take anything on!

Had such a fun and energetic ride at Pace Spin Studio! The lighting and music made the whole experience feel like a party, and Jenna was a fantastic instructor—super motivating and positive. Loved the cold cloth at the end… such a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Kelowna!

I went to this studio for the first time last week. I really loved the ambiance more than competing spin classes in town. I also found the staff seemed to have a good community going. Additionally, I liked that it was easy to get parking and you get a cold towel at the end (special touch ). I noticed the first class is free on their site so there is no reason not to go.

Had my first spin at Pace today. Aldo was the instructor and is AWESOME. Great workout, great instructor, great music and the bikes are in excellent condition. I love the mix of hand weights too. Highly recommend Pace Spin. 😀💜
