Neighboring businesses have been leaving, which was difficult for our business that relies partly on drive-by and walk-by traffic. The lease was the most arduous we have ever taken, comparing ten leases over twenty years and seven clinics, plus the leases I have for my two commercial properties. Upon moving out, they withheld a large portion of our deposit, citing damages they claimed were caused during our tenancy, which we disputed because the lease was accepted “as is” with all defects present. The worse costumer service ever. I have been trying to lease a property for the past 6 months and they never answer their phones or emails. Do not recommend.
One star is too much. I have been trying to lease a property they have listed for over 2 years now. I have never dealt with a company like them before, contacted 4 listing agents, after 2 years and I am still waiting… DO NOT LIST ANYTHING WITH THEM.
Attempting to get information on an 85,000 Sq. Ft. property they have listed for sale and no one answers phones, text messages, or voicemail. Heck of a way to run a company!
