Would highly recommend Pace Properties when it comes to commercial real estate & tenant rep business in St. Louis. We worked with Ashley Krekovich to help us on a deal for our new gym space and she was top notch. Very knowledgeable, well connected and a tactful + skilled negotiator.
☆☆☆☆ Extremely unprofessional experience. Jaclyn Jones canceled an account last minute, in the middle of a snowstorm, after already committing to a 2026 contract term—and after services had already been rendered. Communication was very difficult throughout the process, and the way this situation was handled was disappointing. This was not a good representation of the Pace Properties family. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when committing to services with a company that does not honor its contracts.
Have had pleasant experiences working with Connor, Evan and Lauren on multiple deals. Good bunch of folks to do business with, looking forward to doing more with them.
Maintenance Issue was resolved quickly
Neighboring businesses have been leaving, which was difficult for our business that relies partly on drive-by and walk-by traffic. The lease was the most arduous we have ever taken, comparing ten leases over twenty years and seven clinics, plus the leases I have for my two commercial properties. Upon moving out, they withheld a large portion of our deposit, citing damages they claimed were caused during our tenancy, which we disputed because the lease was accepted “as is” with all defects present.
