We had to leave and become homeless because we were tired of dealing with violent neighbors and the landlord wouldn't do ANYTHING about them. We paid our rent on time every month, we should not have been forced to leave because other people were behaving badly. We could NEVER use the living room light because the landlord didn't care to get it fixed, we were there two years. Cars are packed in sometimes more than 4 vehicles per mobile home. Allowing #22 to have 9 dogs at trailer, inside and out, who are neglected and starved and physically harmed. As many as 3 family live there while owner of trailer collects $800 in rent from renting his rooms and he draws SSI check and works on side undercover. I don't know why the property management company does nothing about this. You do not want to live in this mobile home park.
The place is a dump, roads in I'll repair, homes and yards unkept.
It's where people can go live for a decent price for rent.
