The team at Pace is absolutely incredible. I learned about them when they supported a charity I am active with. They take care of the ACs for homes of single moms, which already speaks to their character. Then they did a spring service on my two very old AC units. Trying to get a problem resolved with my AC for 3 weeks now. Partnership with THE VILLAS at SHADOW CREEK is not working. Will keep this post updated.
Moved into a new home that had issues with the common wire. Dominic answered the phone and scheduled a service call for the next day. Joe came out and repaired the issue, installed my new thermostat, and even found an issue with my condenser’s power wire. Joe was very professional and thorough. Please let Bill know these guys did a great job! My family has been using Pace since 2005 and I highly recommend them.
