Trying to get a problem resolved with my AC for 3 weeks now. Partnership with THE VILLAS at SHADOW CREEK is not working. Will keep this post updated.
Moved into a new home that had issues with the common wire. Dominic answered the phone and scheduled a service call for the next day. Joe came out and repaired the issue, installed my new thermostat, and even found an issue with my condenser’s power wire. Joe was very professional and thorough. Please let Bill know these guys did a great job! My family has been using Pace since 2005 and I highly recommend them.
I had the AC go out and Pace was quick to respond and fix the problem. I am resting in the cool again! Highly recommend them as this is the standard for them. I am also an annual maintenance user of theirs and rarely have issues but when I do they are quick to respond and correct the problem.
