I highly recommend Summit. Having had surgery on my ankle earlier in the year I was concerned about my mobility for an upcoming trip to Europe later in the year. Des at Summit was fantastic, he worked with me to not only safely strengthen my ankle but also improved my overall strength and mobility which made my trip a breeze. I see Des and Summit playing an integral role in keeping me stronger and mobile going forward.
