Blacklight Yoga was amazing. It was such a good experience and Amy reminded us to take our time and do whats comfortable while also making sure to explain steps for new comers. I look forward to taking more classes here!
Coming from someone who HATES working out, Pace is a game changer!!! The classes are so fun! Mara makes everyone feel comfortable and confident regardless of your fitness level, which is very important to me! The classes make you feel like you’re dancing in the club all while getting a great workout in. I HIGHLY recommend!!
Dance workouts have never been my thing, but the music, atmosphere, and comfort that Mara makes you feel during the classes is well worth it! The playlists are incredible and make the classes so much fun. I always leave PACE a sweaty mess, having burned way more calories than expected, and excited for the next time I’m there! Highly recommend!!
