PACE is a fantastic organization to work with!
Seriously overpriced scammers looking to grossly inflate the costs of public works not only in CA, but nationwide. They are a pipeline for funding from the USDA and other governmental agencies, so who cares as long as it's other people's money, right? Quality of work is fine, but 20x (at least) what you need to be spending so far as that goes, and part of their scam is to help the locals create "emergencies" for the purpose of bypassing the normal bidding process for public works. They civil engineering has some of the most qualified and capable engineers in Northern California. I know their ownership and management team and they are great people with a hard work ethic and great business sense. If you want to work with a civil engineering company that you can trust I highly recommend Pace engineering.
