From initial start of job to completion took almost 5 months. Not exceptable Very little communication for reasons of delays
Paul was great! On time and efficient.
Ryan, our technician was experienced, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job repairing or Generac generator. I was impressed and happy with our experience. I would recommend PACE to anyone who has a generator.
Service tech was so polite and fully explained all the things he did on the preventative maintenance of the Generac generator. It was early morning and so cold, but the tech got right to work. I was very impressed.
Very professional and well spoken.
