I visited the ALTERNA branch at Woodbine and HWY 7. The front door was locked and I had to ring the bell. An employee opened the door and welcomed me to the brunch. I was advised that I would be helped by Winnie. It was a great experience! Winnie was very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant. . She explained everything to me in detail relating to my transactions. In my dealings with the Markham Alterna branch I’ve found they are helpful and take the time to get to know their clients. In particular Winnie has shown great knowledge of the banking systems and calculations and she was very quick to find the answers I needed to fix an issue I had been trying to resolve. Nice to get such good customer service! Thanks
