In my dealings with the Markham Alterna branch I’ve found they are helpful and take the time to get to know their clients. In particular Winnie has shown great knowledge of the banking systems and calculations and she was very quick to find the answers I needed to fix an issue I had been trying to resolve. I had to renew a term deposit. I phoned the Alterna Call Centre and I was very disappointed with the comment that Nicki made to my wife. After disconnecting from that negative experience, my wife suggested we call the Markham branch directly. What a difference!
