Worst customer service ever.very rude , unprofessional. Update: After reading the owners response, I called without realising they sell European cars parts, just googled a wrecker and the wreckers details were there. I called asking for a price, and instead of politely telling "sorry we don't deal in mazda", the response was hostile. Like I was asking for charity or what. Totally rude, and unprofessional.
Misleading information and poor service. Part was not working as promised. When we contacted him, he became rude instead of helping. Not recommended.
Very unprofessional behaviour. Sold a faulty part and refused to take responsibility. Also spoke very rudely. Would not deal again.
Great guys to deal with. Supplied a towbar for my Mercedes all parts were carefully removed and packed. All electrical connections photographed and sent to me. Highly recommended Thanks guys Vleer Slayan
