Based on my experience, the owner-mechanic either has serious attitude issues, mental health struggles (if so, I sincerely hope he gets help), or possibly substance abuse problems. You don’t often find this level of, transparent, and they genuinely cared about helping me understand what was needed and why. Top-notch service, fair pricing, and a workshop you can truly trust. Have been taking my car to Pace for about 7-8 years now. 2012 328i. I’ve found the service and quality of work to be spot on every time. Never try and rip you off and always give honest advice. Cars always maintained in great condition. Would definitely recommend and keep using.
Always very thorough and thoughtful with their services. They alert the customer of potential issues by providing video and photographic evidence. They are always professional.
