I can 100% recommend the team at Pace Auto Werks. I have had VW's my whole life and can't believe it took me this long to find Pace. They breathed new life into my R36 Passat and I fell in love with it all over again. They are genuinely nice people, experts at what they do, have fantastic customer service and are competitively priced. Don't go anywhere else!
Can thoroughly recommend these people 100%. As an ex business owner in the automotive I’m a firm believer in top notch customer service and the team have it in spades!! I required a new key and programming for my 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo so rang them. Within 10 minutes they called me back with a we have a contact who can do it . Now let me stress it’s not a straightforward request and was waiting for sorry but you need to go to the dealer. Didnt do as asked. Complete waste of my time. Im replying to the comment: they replied saying the brake booster was out and i had zero brakes due to brake booster leak. I dunno if they understand basic mechanics but the breaks are infact hydraulic and the brake booster vacuum leaks helps (or boosts lol) your braking pressure so you dont have to press the pedal so hard. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! If I could give twelve stars, I would. The service is thorough, super professional and well-priced. These people are pros, they know what they are talking abut and they know what they are doing. My car is a long way from inexpensive, and I am super confident that these guys look after my asset. They are enthusiasts, and super competent. Cannot recommend highly enough.
