Very Disappointing. I ordered a bacterial analysis of the drinking water to satisfy a cottage industry state requirement. After submitting water samples to Pace they took an inordinate amount of time to run the tests and to provide a report. When I finally received the report, the wrong testing was done and the report was useless. I asked them to run new tests and they told me that I had to pay for new tests despite the mistake being theirs.
