BAD way to do business. Loses samples and puts it on the customer to travel back to site for another sample with NO compensation. Doubled the price for residential testing. NO help from the Virginia office, you have to call Duluth and they dont answer. Very disappointing.
From $50.00 to $275.00 for water analysis. We all have problems with retaining staff and rising costs, but this seems extreme.
If true, they've gone from $50 to test well 2021; $250 2022. Hmmm
