Slow service. The manager(short guy with glasses) has horrible customer service skills. Does not know how to communicate. Every time we order something they get it wrong and this is three years in a row. One person tells us that they do room service but one person told us that they don't. The food leaves alot to be desired. The pizza had basically no sauce, we ordered medium well burger but when we received our order it was medium rare.
