Someone close to me used to go to him but changed doctors. We only went to him because that's where Granville Medical Center referred us to. Never again.

This isn't a review of Dr. Pacca, but of his staff. Not sure what kind of outfit they're running here, but no matter what, their phone goes straight to voicemail. I surprised them by coming in person because no one was calling me back and I found out that the doctor wasn't even there today. So that means the office staff was just sitting around not answering the phone. Christy, who I had left a voicemail for earlier in the day, doesn't realize how much her voice carries.
