From my first introduction to the company by Rakeli Strikovc to consulting with Jason Villiaros, Emilio Canseco and my great project manager Alfredo Olivares, was a respected and professional process. I was impressed with my entire experience and interaction with Pacc Solutions. Having never worked with a roofing company before. I didn't know what to expect. Pacc handled everything with the insurance company and were very knowledgeable through the consultation and sales process through installation. I called Pacc for help for my roof and gutter due to wind and storm damage. They worked with me and did battle with my insurance company to get it covered. They are my heros. Alfredo is awesome. I worry over everything but Alfredo took the time to answer my questions and do the follow up. This is my first home and I want it to last. Thanks again Alfredo and Pacc for making this a rememberable and less scary repair!
PACC Solutions did a great job start to finish. We are very pleased with the finished product. As a homeowner going through the process for the very first time, they throughly answered all of my questions, explained everything in detailed, went over every piece of fine print. They are great communicators and shared updates every step of the process. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your project.
They started 6:30 am and were done by 6 pm. Did a great job.
