I usually don’t post one star reviews and always support local businesses (you can check my profile). However, I wish I could have been another 5-star satisfied customer of their services. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I had a serious issue with my heater. It wasn’t turning on and kept shutting off for some reason. I contacted this company, explained my issue, and they sent two technicians to fix it while no one was home. Vartan and his amazing crew are wonderful people! I love all the work they do. They set up the best appliances and cleaned all my ducting. There was a lot of dust on the filters etc!
Vartan was very professional, I called them to come check my furnace and everything else HVAC related. He was nice enough to show me how the new smart technologies work with my new Ac systems. Everything is much better off my phone.
Pac-West Air Conditioning & Heating came by to clean my ducts and dryer vents. I also had them install new filters for all my AC so fresh new air is blowing through. Great jobs guys!.
