I recently completed my first rifle build with a lot of assistance from Kathy and Jay at PacNor Barrels. I bought a FN commercial long action and through the High Road forum PacNor came up. I searched the web and called and spoke to Kathy. She guided me through the online order form/build sheet and I called and spoke to Jay about my ideas and he was able to offer expert advice. I received my 270 rebarreled right before hunting season. It is for a newer Winchester model 70 fw that I screwed up the barrel. Well, I broke it in and it shoots so much better than factory. I've had 3 or 4 one hole 3 shot groups with three different bullets. Great to deal with staff. Couldn't be more satisfied!
