So of course they are bias, find somewhere else for your uhaul services etc. Julio and his gang are not professional they increase mileage, change time, increase charges on fluid rates, do what it takes to increase cost on whatever so customers will pay more. They are not willing to resolved any problems. Very bad customer service.

This is my local go-to for all my Fed-Ex shipments. the staff is always friendly and even if they are quite busy, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, which I really appreciate. Best of all, none of the shipments I made using this business have ever had any problems, or been late, which is awesome considering the volume of international shipments I make for my line of work. These guys ROCK!!
Very friendly people run the company. They always have a solution for you even if you need to ship packages over seas. I highly recommend their service!
