They tried to scam me out of money after I returned the Uhaul vehicle. The emailed me without any evidence. So I disputed it and asked for basic supporting evidence, including the actual citation, citation number, issuing agency, date, time, location, and proof that it occurred during our rental period. Because I pushed back, they wrote me and said it was a mistake and still never provided any evidence. Very likely because no violation ever existed. I would not recommend this haul business.
Turn around and head out the door, Run! First of all the first twelve reviews here are their family and friends. So of course they are bias, find somewhere else for your uhaul services etc. Julio and his gang are not professional they increase mileage, change time, increase charges on fluid rates, do what it takes to increase cost on whatever so customers will pay more. They are not willing to resolved any problems. Very bad customer service.

This is my local go-to for all my Fed-Ex shipments. the staff is always friendly and even if they are quite busy, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, which I really appreciate. Best of all, none of the shipments I made using this business have ever had any problems, or been late, which is awesome considering the volume of international shipments I make for my line of work. These guys ROCK!!
Very friendly people run the company. They always have a solution for you even if you need to ship packages over seas. I highly recommend their service!
