PAC Med has the worst prescription refill operation of any place I’ve been to. (I’m 65 and have had a lot of drs. In my lifetime. You can’t speak to a human and when you do all you get is”I’ll send the Dr. a message. There are certain medications that can’t be refilled ahead of time and need a fast turnaround. Just tonight my Dr. denied my refill. This is something I’ve used for years for nerve pain, I explained that my prescriptions that remained couldn’t be used as I had to get it refilled in Georgia ( on a trip). Still no... read more
