They sold me a machine on the fact it could run a 12 inch wide bag and has not worked since purchase. It took 10 months to get them to send someone out to train on it and the tech left the bagger inoperable. When I asked to have them fix it their option was to not refund us and to send it back for months to have them "fix it". The tech said "I have never felt so defeated after trying to work on this machine" The manager Rae told me that he would not help or give us a refund for the machine.
