If you are reading this, do not buy even as much as a grilled cheese sandwich from these guys. They will do everything under the sun to sell you something, and then they run for the hills. Make excuses why the machine is not working and of course, nothing is their fault. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
All I can say, avoid this place like the plague. I honestly don’t even know how they’re still in business. They DO NOT stand behind their machinery, make excuses for everything, point the finger at everybody but themselves. Absolutely the most horrendous company in the history of mankind. If I could sue them, I would, but the cost of lawyer fees Would be more than the actual machine itself. And these guys know that.

Its only 1 star because it would not accept the review otherwise. I bought a $30k bagging machine and it has not worked consistently since i bought it. I have had more service calls to fix it, with no luck in the 5 months i have owned it than i had on any other equipment i have had for years. We have 3 machines now, dating all the way back to the 12V vacuum sealer. We have been very impressed with the machines because of the fact that they keep going and going. They are VERY reliable and rarely need anything. We sell a lot of hops every year and seal probably 100,000 bags all without fail because of their machines. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars and buy something reliable and built in the USA.
