All 3 of our kids are in classes at this gym and they love it! They get actual instruction while also having fun socially and learning to listen to their coaches. The coaches are awesome at teaching!
I’ve had such a good experience with this gym! The staff is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. It’s clean and friendly. The owners care so much about their students and it’s just a great environment!

This gym is the best in the area. If you have any goals of a healthier life this is the place to go. Everyone is friendly and there is such a feeling of support. They have great classes that have been well thought out by the instructors and they provide a great workout while showing how their teachings can help in everyday life. It's really hard to walk out of there without feeling accomplished. If you don't enjoy class environments you can still enjoy the equipment. This place is awesome! Isaac and Amanda are so good with kids. They're so kind and the best people and provide a very clean, family friendly gym and make it a fun and positive experience as they instruct. I'd recommend PAC to anyone!
