Isaac runs a fantastic gym for every skill level. No one in Rexburg has as much high level experience and teaching ability as he does. His wife Amanda teaches one of the best, most thorough self-defense classes I’ve ever heard of. I cannot recommend this gym more highly. If you’re wanting to learn martial arts or get fit, this is easily the top pick in the area.

I’ve had such a good experience with this gym! The staff is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. It’s clean and friendly. The owners care so much about their students and it’s just a great environment!

Best place in Idaho to learn Jiu Jitsu and many other disciplines including Muay Thai, kick boxing, and more. Owners/Coaches are good and genuine people with a lot of knowledge and qualifications. Whether you’re just looking to learn at your own pace or wanting to push hard and compete and become a MMA fighter, this is the place because they have all of those.

All 3 of our kids are in classes at this gym and they love it! They get actual instruction while also having fun socially and learning to listen to their coaches. The coaches are awesome at teaching!
