I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews but I do want to spare people the disappointment that we are experiencing. She remodeled a bedroom and bathroom for us - work was beautiful by the contractor but communication with PAC was always a struggle and we still don't have a mirror in our new bathroom. Bad communication and no followup leads us to believe the company is in trouble. I feel for them and would have worked with them had there been communication and honesty. Feel people should know. We wish her the best.
I highly discourage anyone from hiring PAC Interiors located in Moneta, VA to do any work for them. They installed some ceramic flooring for us. The work was terrible! The follow up has been terrible! Michelle is full of excuses as to why she couldn’t do anything to fix it, including that she didn’t have the funds to have anyone repair it! Michelle will not return phone calls and when we finally reached her, she says that she doesn’t know what she can do.
