I have been in the laundry business for 30 years and pac is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. No parts knowledge, no communication and there billing is a total nightmare.Dexter has very good commercial equipment but it’s definitely not worth all the hassle to deal with people like this. I would rate them a zero star for sure.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Nothing but horrible service, Staff completely lie about technicians coming for service, many stories that do not match, this company needs to go out of business period!!!!!!!
