In my opinion, I would not risk using them. I paid top of the top tier prices to be promised one thing to sign a settlement, then not get what I was promised and told to sign, because those prices didn't include understanding my case enough to not get screwed over. Then wouldn't even pick up the phone to even try to fix their mistake after weeks, but instead asked to give them more than what they already spent to fix the problem they created.
