DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They released a car to the wrong people and when I spoke to the lady she was screaming at me.
Taken my vehicle in 3 times for body work, car comes out looking brand new and got my vehicle back within a reasonable time period each time, awesome service as well and great staff. Highly recommend this place!

Have used Pablo's Collision (unfortunately) on several occasions on both my vehicle and my fiance's truck and we have been more than pleased each and every time. They go above and beyond to keep you within budget and explain the pros and cons of replacing parts, etc before allowing you to make a decision. They have been extremely affordable especially when paying out of pocket rather than filing an insurance claim. I have recommended them to several friends.
Horrible place, only the women here are nice. Men were very rude. Not sure what I was even charged for and when I asked about my charges they were simply read off the receipt...I can read, I don't understand the charges..! Rude and too expensive for my taste.
The Best Repair Shop in San Antonio!!! They're cheap, yet get the job done right. Unlike other repair shops I went to, the staff at Pablo's made it their goal to give me great service. First, they explained in detail everything that needed to be done and why (which is great bc I kno nothing about cars), so I knew they weren't trying to rip me off.
