The doctor was very kind and efficient, but unfortunately, the nurse and the receptionist were unprofessional — they spent most of the time gossiping instead of attending to patients properly. For a pediatric center, their attitude toward the child was very rude and lacking empathy. The overall customer service was poor, and their behavior made the experience unpleasant. Management should seriously consider replacing them to ensure better care and professionalism.
This isn't a review of the doctor, but his long beach office staff. WHEN they answer the phone they are rude, condesending and completely offputting. I can't comprehend how someone who is technically supposed to be providing customer service can be so utterly RUDE on the phone.
