3/2025 Update: I had a long list of indoor and outdoor items for Paul to complete today. These included shower caulking, painting ceiling after a leak, window washing, lighting replacement, and much more. As usual Paul did an excellent job at a very great price. I felt so bad about the extras that I piled onto him that I had to FORCE him to accept the additional funds that I felt compelled to give him.
