Why have the meat section open when you dont want to serve a customer? I got the chicken cut the way I wanted but when I asked for veal, I was told to come back tomorrow because it was time to clean up (7:55PM) Update (04/09/26): the new owners who have taken over the business have really turned this place around from a 1* to 5* business. They're always helpful and attentive and their assistance shows they genuinely care. Placed a $60 bolani order over the phone in the morning of the last day of Ramadan for an event and confirmed over the phone that it would be ready for pick-up for the selected time. I arrive 25 minutes prior to Iftar time to discover that my order was given away to someone else because they “felt bad making a lady wait” (mind you, I was on time, if anything 5 minutes early). Had to wait another 30 minutes to get my order and was late to the Iftar event by 45 minutes and didn’t make it up to me. Lost a customer that day.
This place has zero respect for customers. I was sold old, stale food, and when I raised the issue, the owner showed no apology, no care, and no accountability. The rude and dismissive behavior made it obvious they don’t care what they’re selling or how customers are treated. It’s shocking that a business can operate like this. Very disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
