Powell and Assoc was recommended by a contractor. I'm just a homeowner with a covered patio (roof) project, small potatoes here. They quoted me $3000. Our insurance adjuster hired them for drafting plans in the case of an emergency (a building burnt and we needed the tenants being back to their home ASAP). Not only it took them more than a month to come back to us with a quote, but on top of that their official response is that they did not have the man power for the job. They are not a serious company.
