The guys working here chased me down when I was driving away to give me my floor mat I had forgotten on the wall. Appreciate it so much!
Car wash is awesome, however, the staff appeared to be mostly teenagers or college kids who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. There was little to no professionalism, and it was clear that customer service wasn’t a priority. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but there needs to be better training and supervision.
