We had them come to our home to give an estimate to seal our driveway. They did and I said let's do it. We agreed on a date two weeks out. Yesterday we cleaned the driveway to prep it. Today is that day. I called because it's 2p and they aren't here and they said that they didn't put my address in their system but could still come and do it today. He gave me a quick estimate and a very fair, no haggle price, much lower than estimates I received from other companies. I accepted, and he was able to do the job the next business day.
