Horrible people work here!! They do not care about their patients. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. They made a clerical error with prescription. Now my son just can’t get pain meds cause their doctor left for the day at 3:00. They choose to let my boy be in pain instead of doing their jobs right Unacceptable!!!! How the staff can just brush this off is beyond me. It is absolute and complete lack of empathy.
Three visits to this office and I have sat over an hour pass my appointment time, was told they were understaffed all three times. Time management is an important part of running a Drs office. No one shld have to wait over an hour past their appointment. Understaffed reschedule people. Don't just let them sit for hours on end. I am coming back to edit this review because Dr. Ali had broken one of my teeth during a wisdom extraction and never told me about it. This has caused me a great deal of pain and other medical issues f... read more
