Poorest customer service ever she fixed the nail and I saw that the little finger nail looked crooked I told her and the next thing she did was clip everything off and soaked my fingers in acetone disgusting attitude go there at your own risk

My visit started off great but was a little disappointed with how my nails came out and then I was informed that they charge a $5 fee to remove gel off my nails even though I was getting gel again. I have been getting a gel manicure for over 6 years at different locations and have never been charged to remove the gel if im getting a gel manicure again.
