Sloppy work and rude staff
Moved to the area so I decided to give this place a try. I went and got a manicure and pedicure. The next day all the gel began peeling off. They brought me back in to fix their mistake. I woke up the next morning and one of my nails began to start peeling again. I’m about 25 minutes from the place and decided to stop in to get one of the nails fixed not asking for the entire set redone and they couldn’t take 10 minutes to fix it. I will never go back. Came in for a simple gel x removal and left with nails that still have product residue and jagged nails. The nail tech that I had was not very nice, and despite having a note at each station regarding communication with your tech if you are not satisfied- she gave me such a hard time when I told her that I wanted my nails completed clipped. She laughed at me with the tech sitting next to her and rushed the entire process, which was extremely frustrating.
101$ for a builder gel fill&color change on toes, so it’s I made an appointment for 1:30 didn’t get sat till 2pm. They took walk ins even though I made an appointment. After my toes..I got sat for my nails and she told me To get up and go sit back down her appointment is here. Okay so then waited another 15mins for my nails finally get sat and then took an hour for my builder gel fill. It’s not great.
