I bought a jack from them around Thanksgiving 2025. I wasn’t able to use it because it kept breaking. They said it was a battery, told me my dad and I the batteries were on order. This is now the second week of January and I still have not been able to use the jack. It has been the absolute worst 3800.00 weeks spent. My father and I each bought a jack and both jacks gave excessive problems. Great service. Quality equipment
If you need forklift repairs, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience with this company was disappointing—they wasted both our time and money. After diagnosing the issue, they pressured us to rent a forklift from them and refused to proceed with the repair unless we agreed to additional, unnecessary maintenance work. cant say enough about this company not only do they sell and rent reliable equipment. but the service is at such a high level i cant count how many times in the last 5 years that i have contracted them for pm on my fork lifts that i needed service for something they were here in drop of a hat and fixed my problems. all techs are very good at their job and the service manager Dave brother i take my hat off to you. great job to all of you.
