The level of support provided to elderly tenants is shockingly poor. ID LOVE TO KNOW WHAT PEOPLE GET PAID FOR THIS POORLY RAN HOUSING ASSOCIATION TO BE SO UNLESS!! Everything takes ages!! Manager call back is not even a thing!! Getting answers is not a thing!! Complaints department 3years later!! Disabled people left worrying and stranded!! Repairs/contractors appalling leave disabled people with no gas heating, hot water for a month in winter!! What can I say horrible company to deal with, I was refused a mutual exchange which has left me paying over £100 more a month but their reasons were affordability???? For several weeks after they received my paperwork I had home checks which I had to take time off work for which clearly was a waste of my time and theirs. As for trying to communicate with them, it's impossible I have been ignored on so many levels. The only good thing I can say is that the CEO was the only quick responer.
They sure don't like to correspond with you, unanswered emails, takes forever to get through on phone
