They recently replaced my kitchen/bathroom. The team were fantastic and everyone was most helpfull. Done an amazing job. Much apreciated.
Wheelchair bound, and left without a lift for 10 days now. Told it will not be fixed for another 10 days. No alternative way to leave the building, even in the event of a fire. Numerous calls with constant lies about it being fixed. Not acceptable and not okay.
Absolutely disgusting they need to be closed down!
