They don't know how to call there clients and tell them who's coming nothing they just have the wonder all day.
We have only used PA Home Life for a few weeks and it has been nothing but a hot mess. They were a no-show the very first day and have been a no-show no-call at least once a week since. When I have called them about these issues, they have been unapologetic and just shy of belligerent at times.
