I did not have a choice but to give it a 1. If it were up to me it would be getting no stars. I have called 3 times so far today 3/31/18 and left 3 messages for the on call person. Obviously the dept. of Health does not stand by their slogan where they say they “promoting health and disease control” is a part of their vision.
