Whatever you can do to work around this organization will be the best thing you can do. They provide false and inaccurate information consistently. In doing so, they take your money and do not provide services. And, when you call them out on it, they shrug their shoulders and admit that they have the upper-hand and there is nothing the consumer/customer can do about their unscrupulous business practices.
Submitting a claim is terrible. Fax or mail options only. No explicit directions to submit EOB caused a loss of FSA money instead of using designated HRA funds. Member support is atrocious, useless and uncaring. This company was the sole decision to pay more for new insurance plan just to not have an FSA or HRA with them. Website alone is clunky and at times incompatible with modern browsers.
