DO NOT USE! We first entered into a verbal agreement with Mike Capri in March 2023. Some weeks later, Roger Westgate called us to say that Mike had a stroke, and that he would take over the project. WORTHLESS!!! They don't respond, don't communicate, steal your money!!! Do not use, avoid at all cost!!! I hired them to do a job, the first one it was great. I hired them for another job and they were enthusiastic to take it on. They asked for a downpayment, got it, and never showed up. They don't respond to calls or texts. When they do, they kiss your hand and give you a sad story of why they can't or some empty promises where they "piss" on you and what you pay them to do. Sorry excuse of a business. MIKE CAPRI (CAPRISTA) WENT TO JAIL A FEW YEARS AGO FOR WHAT THESE BUMS ARE DOING UP HERE, GOOGLE IT!!! do not use PA Certified Contractors. if you have given them a deposit get it back or ditch them, dont let them wreck your house. I worked for PA certified for almost a year. They still owe me money. Roger thinks he’s a gangster who can do whatever he wants. They’re taking deposits from new customers and either pocketing it or spending it on jobs they can’t afford to finish. I feel horrible for anyone that has given them a deposit. You’ll never get your money back
Worked For Roger Westgate and Mike, (owners) for months Roger Does Not Pay Employees and Still Owes Me Money He Refuses To Pay Me. it’s Been Two Months Now And He Pulled A Gun On Me In His Office And Physically Assaulted Me When I Went To Inquire About My Pay. Avoid At All Costs.
