The doctor never came in the room to talk about my son's MRI MRA results..the medical assistant talked to us. To me that is uncaring and unprofessional. My son's tests were negative just a fatty tumor they'll see him in a year..but for the doctor not come tell us that. Not ok! He has no idea who my son is and never met him. I understand the doctor was busy but it was extremely unprofessional. We waited an hour to see the doctor and never got to meet him.
