Over the Christmas holiday our trouble began. We had a toilet that was draining really slow. But because of the busy schedule of the season we had to put off dealing with it. It really wasn't a problem since for the most part we weren't home. I had attempted snaking the line and all the usual diy fixes, but nothing helped. Ross was very personable, on time, informed me of things he did and some tips about winterizing our pipes during cold weather.
I wanted to thank P4 Pumbing for the work they did at my house today! I was worried about the cost and their prices were super reasonable! The work was completed in a timely manner. They explained the work every step of the way. We had called a couple of other plumbers but they wouldn't come or didn't answer or return our call. Ross was super cooperative and was here on time. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and will call them again for all my needs. Very refreshing in the world we live in today!
I thought with all the good reviews he would show up. He made 4 appointments with me and didn't show up, text, or call. Ignored all my attempts at communicating. Maybe he's having an off week as this does not seem to be his normal. But I am very upset he did not show up to 4 separate appointments stretched over 2 weeks.
Exceptional and fast service, extremely kind and fantastic work.
