I highly recommend Griffin & his staff. They were very helpful in teaching me the exercises needed to relieve my pain & set me on the road to recovery. The facility is very clean & the staff always welcoming & friendly.
Great Staff! He has helped both my husband after a hip replacement and myself with a bad shoulder.
Friendly staff, lots of room and very clean, doesn't smell like a gym!!
