I’ve been going to P3 for over 10 years, and it is the only place that has me coming back, time and time again. You can always count on personal attention from staff who genuinely care about you. They focus on the overall person, not just fitness, supporting both your physical and mental well-being. No matter your ability or fitness level, they customize every workout so you always feel safe and challenged. I’ve met so many different people here and formed special bonds throughout the years, and it truly feels like family.
I walked away from CrossFit about 10 years ago and spent years pretty critical of it, mainly because I felt the competitive side pulled it away from its focus on functional fitness. John and his coaching team completely changed my perspective. Their approach is top tier, balancing pushing you hard while doing it safely and intelligently. Absolutely love P3! All the coaches are wonderful and you can try out the different classes (CrossFit, strength, masters) to see which best suits you. The community John has created is encouraging and motivating. It’s truly the best!
Seems to be an elitist club for white or rich people. I came to inquire about training and one of the coaches first didn’t appear to be happy that I walked in. He took my information and promised to get back to me and never did. I asked if he could give me a quick tour of the facility or if I could look around and he declined my request.
I’ve been going to P3 for two years and love the workouts and the people!
