Cant say enough good things about P3. I floated around at a number of HIIT style gyms for years, but the P3 approach has me moving faster and lifting stronger than ever before. The coaches are truly exceptional and always make sure everyone gets what they need out of any given workout. If that wasn’t enough, it’s a gym full of good people having fun you’ll want to see 3 to 5 days a week.
I’ve been a proud p3 member for decades and couldn’t love it more. John, Rich, Daniel and Bree are all about form and keeping us moving properly while getting in a hell of a workout. Highly recommend!
I've been a member for 8 years and enjoy the entire experience. The workouts are as tough and challenging as you want to make them. The members are supportive and more like family members. We have a lot of fun in class and our instruction is top notch. The focus is on long term health, fitness, flexibility, and safety.
P3 is an amazing community of fitness! Amazing instructors John, Rich, Daniel, Maureen and crew always keep me coming back…hitting just the right balance of weights, HIIT, cardio - keeping it fun, and pushing me to my limits - without injury! Try it, you won’t regret it for a minute, I feel better than I did 20 years ago.
Great gym! I was in Houston from out of town and dropped in for a workout. The owner, John was great to communicate with - he answered all my questions and emailed me the wavier and class times prior to the class I attended! It was a great workout and everyone in the class was nice and welcoming! If you find yourself in Houston definitely check them out!
