I was pressured to make payment as soon as each stage was closed to completion. I asked for photos (as I can't physically inspect the work myself) and he was a bit angry, ended up I paid him very promptly after seeing photos as I always do. Then my property manager found out some quality issue, he initially promised that he will either fix it himself or get his best contractor to do so, but then havent heard from him and after multiple follow up he now changed his mind and not going to fix it anymore unless i pay him extra. ... read more
Extremely regrettable experience end-to-end. Very unprofessional, a poor communicator who lashes out when he is under pressure. We saw multiple contractors walk away from the job because of him (I talked to some of them) which is a problem since he doesn't do any of the physical work himself, he just manages the project. Made major mistakes which he tried to wriggle out of instead of rectify.
Bad quality work with a premium price, rude, doesnt act on what he promised, poor communication
Quality work in a timely manner; prompt communication before, during and after works completed
